1.00 The scope of work includes Study and preparation of Detailed Project Report along with 3D visuals and walk-through view of the proposed upgradation plan for vetting and seeking approval of the concerned department, Project Impact and Preparation of Detailed Structural and Architectural design/drawings, Assessment, analysis and advisory for designing, Sanitary Plumbing, Electrical/Electronic and Communication systems, Heating and ventilation systems, Interior/Exterior Designing/ providing of Modular Rain Water Harvesting Technology, preferably on the pattern of Jammu & Kashmir Crafts. The scope of work also includes supervision of works to be carried out in this project, Preparation of Detailed Estimate for floating the work to E-tendering, accordingly, the selected Architects would assist the J&K SIDCO in scrutiny & evaluation of bids, preparation of realistic justified cost, but shall not be limited to these.
