PART A - SUB STATION WORK SUB-HEAD 1--SITC OF 11 KV VCB PANEL & 11/0.415 KV TRANSFORMERS & MAIN PANEL Supply & Delivery of Cast Resin Dry Type 11KV/415V 500 KVA, 3 Phase,50Hz, Dyn11,copper wound, Class F insulation associated with winding temperature indicator/controller,having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [ Make: ABB/Voltamp ( Vadodara)/CGL ].

Installation & commissioning of 11KV/415V 500 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 X 500 KVA Dry Type Transformers. [ Make : ABB / Siemens / CGL].

Installation & commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical MV switchboard,fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker having compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG ( 2.0 mm ) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel,front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, with incoming ACBs & Outgoing MCBS and all accessories as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [LT MAIN PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION]

SUB HEAD II - HT/ LT CABLING IN SUBSTATION Supplying of 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer]. [ Make : Nicco / Gloster/Polycab/Havells/RR Kable/Crystal ] 3 Core x 300 Sq.mm

Making heatshrinkable joints indoor type to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC

Laying of 1 No. 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required.

Supplying of one number 1.1 KV Grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable ( Armoured ) conforming to IS: 7098 / 1988 with its latest amendment of following size.[ Make Nicco / Gloster/ Finolex/Crystal/Polycab/RR Kable]

Laying of 1.1KV Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required. a) 4Core x 400 sq.mm

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below including finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

Supply & Drawing 1.1 KV Grade 7 Core 1.5 sq.mm PVC Armoured Copper Cable from Transformer WT relay to VCB WT relay for Power & Control Supply as per direction of EIC

Supply & Drawing 1.1 KV Grade 2 Core 2.5 sq.mm PVC Armoured Copper Cable as per direction of EIC

SUB HEAD III - EARTHING S& laying 240 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.

SUB HEAD - IV ( SAFETY EQUIPMENT ) Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required. a) High Voltage - size 250mm x 200mm

b) Medium Voltage - size 200mm x 150mm

Providing and fixing carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 15222-2002 and cylinders fully charged of following capacity(4.5 Kg ) [Make - Fire Shield/ Ceasefire]

Supply and fixing of foam fire extinguishers conforming to IS 4989-2006, Portable type 9 lit capacity hanged on wall with bracket complete as required. [Make - Fire Shield/ Ceasefire]

Supply and fixing safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm thick glass as required (approx. Front area 1.20 sq.mt.)

Providing of set of 4 nos. 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity I/c filling sand etc.

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

PART B - LT Panel, Fittings & Fixtures SITC of LT,Cubicle Type,Floor Mounted , totally enclosed, fully compertmentalized electrical control panel suitable for operation at 415 Volt, 50 Hz,as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC.The panel board will be fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section). Errection of the following Octagonal pole by designing and Casting RCC ( M 20 ) foundation of suitable size as specified below considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as T/sq m, including excavation of earth, providing, cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement as per drawing and providing pipe for cable entry and exit as required and providing and fixing of 4 Nos foundation bolts ( J Type ) as specified below and as per drawing on ground surface including back filling and cleaning extra earth -7 Mtr Long [ Founation size - 500 mm X 500 mm X 1200 mm, J Bolt Size - M 20 X 600 ]

Supplying of one number 1.1 KV Grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable ( Armoured ) conforming to IS: 7098 / 1988 with its latest amendment of following size.[ Make Nicco / Gloster/Polycab/Havells/RR Kable/Crystal] i)2 Core6 Sq. mm

Laying of one No. cable above in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of one No. cable above on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Laying of one No. cable above through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench

Laying of one No. cable above after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth of 75 mm and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 2 Core6 Sq. mm

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc.and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. 2 Core6 Sq. mm

S & L of 1.1 KV grade 3 X 1.5 Sq mm FR single core multi stranded copper wire for connection from loop box to fittings through 13 mm dia polythene pipe.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire(3 X 1.5sqmm) ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

S & F of medium gauge G.I pipe (ISI medium) having the following diameter [40 mm Diameter] for protection of cable with necessary fitting and jointing materials as required.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed as below (ISI medium G.I pipe)

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size 4 SWG on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages
