Providing/Laying Stone soling hand packed on level in foundation trenches incl all carraiges of material.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ratio M 7.5 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level).

Providing and laying in position specified Grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shutering and finishing of all work.1:1.5:3(1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 Graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) Raft

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level.1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal Size)

20% Plum in 1:3:6 mix cement concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. TMT bars

Providing and fixing of Prefabricated structure as per the following technical specifications: The main and partition walls shall be made up of 50 mm thick wall Panels of required height and make Lloyd panel system/Modern Panels/Jindal Mectecnol/PSL Engineering or equivalent. The Panels will be made of 0.50mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 50mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be with cam lock/continuous panelling systems for interlocking. All materials required for the manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification. Base channel of specified size will be provided for walls. The PUF insulation material in the panel will have fire retarding and self extinguishing properties as per any international standard B2 DIN 4102 Part-I/BS-4735 Self Ext. The false ceiling of Rooms shall be made up of 45 mm thick PUF insulated Panels of Make Lloyd Panel system/Modern Panels/Jindal Mectechno/PSL Engineering or equivalent. The Panels will be made of 0.50 mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 45mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The false ceiling panels will be provided with tongue and groove or lip locking joint for interlocking. False ceiling will be supported with the help of inverted CRCA Tee Section 50x50x5 mm thick and L-Section of 50x50x5 mm thick fixed appropriately to the Truss. Ceiling samples to be got approved from the competent authority before the execution of work as per the directions of site engineer including all carriages.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete in angles / flats / tubes / channels etc.
