Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz. for 20 HP motor at pumping station Seri sayal. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle job suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given a coat of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey paint. The panel should have equipped with following components / features: M.C.C.B. The panel should be fitted with an M.C.C.B. of suitable capacity, 1 no. volt meter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. V.S.S., 1 No. A.S.S. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. Star delta Starter The panel should be fitted with a fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 3 Nos. air break contactor of suitable capacity (2 for main and delta supply, 1 No. air break contactor for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator .1 No. MCB 2 Amps. for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. Protections devise / fault analyzer A protections devise / fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to: Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings: Voltage related fault: Single phasing, reverse phase, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. Current related fault: Over load, Under load (dry running), unbalance load, earth leakage, short circuiting Short circuit Display line current of R, Y & B Phase and also line voltage of RY, YB and BR phase. Bimetal overload relay: A bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyzer. Complete job includes cost of Supply, loading, transportation (MT), insurance, Unloading, carriage/ shifting (head load), fitting, installation ,testing and commissioning at site.

Installation, by way of providing /fitting of 35mm sq copper(multi strain) cable for making connections from main switch to Voltage stabilizer for all the three phases in three leads with neutral & then from stabilizer to buss bar fuse system with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Filling of transformer oil up to required level after heat treatment/dehydration to make it moisture free. Job includes cost of material and Fitting charges.
