Hydromechanical works at MHS Haftal

Providing and Fixing including cutting, welding, lifting, excavation, carriage and handling of all unforeseen site conditions, complete in all respect of the 500 mm dia sluice valve (Kirloskar or equivqlent make and manufacture) approved cast iron non rising sluice valve flanged end as per IS:14846 body, dome wedge-CI IS:210,Gr. FG260 Body and wedge Rings- Bronze IS:318 Gr. LTB2 Spindle-SS IS:6603, Gr. 12Cr12 Gland packing - Greasy Jute Packing Fasteners -CS IS:1367, CL-4.6/4.0 Gasket- Ntural Rubber Flanged drilling-IS:1538 PN 10 @500 mm with test check certicate as per the specification furnished to office before material arrival at site.The job also includes removal of existing valves and transporting them back to PDC Store Haftal as per directions of site Engineer.

Providing and fixing cast iron open channel slide/raising gates with manual operation, conforming generally to IS 13349 / BS 7775 / AWWA C560, of size 700 × 700 mm, including fabrication, placement, construction of casing, excavation, concreting, welding of steelwork, and completing all associated works in all respects as directed by the Site Engineer.

Repair and maintainance of the Headwork gate, including replacement of of complete rubber seal and rising spindle as required and restoration of full functional operation as per the direction of site engineer. The job includes complete greasing servicing, adjustment of the gates to ensure smooth operation. (3 gates in headworks, 1 near desilting & 1 in forebay)

Providing and fixing 200 mm dia MS steel pipe with flanged ends for silt-flushing arrangements in the forebay tank, including cutting, welding, jointing, fittings, testing, and all incidental works complete(300 Nb @ 6 mm thickness)

Providing and fixing anchor blocks in concrete grade M20 grade at 10 m intervals, complete including earthwork, centering, shuttering, curing and all kinds of carriage involved, to complete the work in all respect(size 2'x 3'x3')
