Providing & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity existing E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites i/c replacement of Lube oil, lube oil filter, diesel filter and cleaning of all parts of DG set like fuel line, cooling system, checking of all DG control wiring, belt and drives for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations complete i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete as reqd. Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set up to 62.5 KVA by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, Dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Repairing of Control Wiring of existing engine protection system /control panel /Start- stop with suitable size copper wire i/c 12 DC Relay with lugs, terminal, connection plate, testing commissioning etc. as reqd.

Replacement of AVR Card in the existing Alternator at TE / BTS Sites i/c dismantling the faulty, replacement by new one i/c fixing, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling of existing DEA Set Open type/ silent canopy of following capacity & type i/c control panel with Power and control cable, Silencer and exhaust pipe, diesel tank, and associated fuel line and all other electrical accessories etc. i/c placing the same in same bldg../ loading vehicle as per direction of Eng-In-charge i/c making good the damage etc. as reqd. Shifting & transportation of existing dismantled DG Set of following capacity and type i/c all accessories i/c loading with Crane /hydra/chain pulley and safe transportation from one location to other location as given below i/c unloading with Crane /chain pulley on existing CC Foundation /space as per direction of Eng-In-charge at new location etc. etc.as required (a) 10 KVA to 20 KVA (up to 50 KM)

(b) 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA (up to 50 KM)

Installation, testing, commissioning of Existing DEA set on existing foundation / surface with all accessories like Cubical type manual /AMF control panel i/c fixing of Silencer, exhaust pipe, fuel tank, fuel line connections, control wiring from panel to engine i/c cutting, jointing, welding of flanges (if reqd.), nuts, bolts, i/c loading and assembling, fixing the DG Set i/c making good the damage etc. i/c One hour testing of DG set on exchange load etc. as reqd.
