REPAIR /MAINTENANCE OF PUMPS, MOTORS, DG SETS AND OTHER MISC E/M WORK AT NHO UNDER GE CLEMENT TOWN, DEHRADUN

Comperehensive maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance and testing of DG set complete of following as per manufaturere's instruction through authorised workshop/agency as approved by GE for the following DG sets for item Nos. 1.10 to 1.30 (i.e. Engine, alternator, radiator, battery & control wiring etc under GE Clement Town Dehradun, all including consumables like cotton waste cloth kerosene oil etc.) Maintenance will be carried out as under:- (i) Examine suction and exhaust valves in regard smooth operation. (ii) Examine and clean fuel injection, nozzles. (iii)Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (iv) Changing of oil filters, fuel filters screen filters assy. (v)Chaning of DCA water filter. (vi) Labour charge for coolant top up. (vii) Change of Hydraulic governor oil. (viii) Change of anerold oil. (ix) Clean alternator winding in position by pressurised air and internal surfaces lubrication of DE & NDE bearings. (x) Tightining of all nut bolts. (xi) Greasing of all points. (xii) Test IR value of alternator winding and recording the readings. (xiii) Checking of any leaking in fuel & oil lines. (xiv) Cleaning of any fuel tank by removing any dirt/forgin particles. Note 1 : DHPP (N) required at the time of mainteance/testing will be issued by MES. Note 2 : Labour charges for dismantling/taking down and replacement/fixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. Note 3 : Spare parts like oil filter fuel filter, Air flter ect. will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 400 KVA capacity - 02 Nos, DG set of Greaves cotton. Location :- MRS (NHO) under GE CLT, D'dun, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 200 KVA capacity - 02 Nos, DG set of Kirloskar/cummins. Location :- Near Press building & P-41, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 75 KVA capacity - 01 No, DG set kirloskar. Location :- Fire fighting pump house, at NHO complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only lubrication oil filter incl element with 'O' ring set of Make : MICO / Kirloskar / Ruston/ Greaves cotton as required at site for 400 KVA capacities of DG Sets complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 02 above but for 200 KVA DG set and -ditto-.

All as per item No. 02 above but for 75 KVA DG set and -ditto-.

Supply only fuel filter element with 'O' ring set of Make : MICO / Kirloskar / Greaves cotton as required at site for 400 KVA capacities of DG Sets complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for lub oil SAE 15 W - 40 (Make : Castrol/Power Supreme) - for Top up and filling up the oil in the sump (tank) after completely flushing the old oil out of the tank and cleaning of the tank for fresh filling complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for distilled water to be filled in batteries complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting, removing and dismantling water radiator assembly of 400 KVA DG set and descaling the radiator thoroughly completely with radiator cleaner solution/ any other chemical solvent agent as approved by the GE, stopping of leakage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scrapping the existing oil paint etc, re-installing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 14 above but for DG set of capacity 160KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14 above but for DG set of capacity 75KVA to100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing battery of capacity 12V, 180 AH from the DG set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable electrolyte acid from the battery, filling up with new Electrolyte acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG set, start the engine for satisfactory function complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but for capacity 12V, 150 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to 12 V battery charger required for alternator assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stator assembly, and re-fixing to the engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery including all necessary repair complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 19 above but of 24V battery charging alternator complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to 12V self starter by removing, dismantling and taking it to authorised workshop and replacing unserviceable Armature including field coil tapping re-fixing to the engine testing for satisfactory function complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 21 above but of 24V self starter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement and charging maintenance free 12 Volt 180AH battery complete with initial charging including electrolite / distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned DG Set complete all as specified and directed. (Make: EXIDE model EL Plus/Amron/Luminious as approved by GE.)

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) with new ones of eisting make of generator of capacity 400 KVA, having input voltage 2 phase + neutral sensing voltage 190-264V AC max ,Frequency-50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing and maintenance of FIP, calibration and testing of fuel pump of 400 KVA capacity DG set and testing on test bench and pump element, delivery valve, ball bearing and adjustment of injectors and setting of fuel pressure complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of 415 VAC 3 phase power contactor type ML 4, 25 AMP with 2NO+2NC with new ones complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of 415 VAC 3 phase power contactor type ML6, 25 AMP with 2NO+2NC with new ones complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply in replacement of 415 VAC 3 phase power contactor type MNX 650 AMP with 2NO+2NC for 400 kva DG set with new ones complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconncetion and dismentalling of burnt out exciter from 400KVA DG set and rewinding of stater with copper wire (as per existing gauge ) & refixing the same at site testing complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting, decoupling, dismantling of pump motor of following capacity from foundation/base frame, repair and refixing the same on its position , recoupling, reconnection, testing of commissioning complete all as specified and as directed . (Note :- Repair work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'.)

M&L for repair to submersible pump by means transporting to workshop, dismantling parts and replacement of defective /wornout parts such as shaft key, neck rings , bushes, maching work welding, grinding etc, as required, re assembling the pump set for the following capacities :-

Lifting of submersible pump set of any cap from borewell carefully with coloumn pipe of size upto 80 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI, 3 mtr each length (18 to 50 Nos of pipe) along with existing submersible electric cable and shifting the pipe aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Lowering of submersible pump set of any cap into the borewell carefully with column pipe of size upto 80 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI, 3 mtr each length (18 to 50 Nos of pipe) along with existing submersible electric cable binding with GI/Al wire including making joint to submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rubber gasket, jointing material , nut, bolts, washers shall be inluded in the unit rates quoted by contractor.)

Supply and topping up insulating transformer oil confirming to IS 335 1993 to the transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration. dielctric strength should not less than 55 KV for 4 mm gap or above after dehydration all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Centrifuging machine will be used for replacing new transformer oil. (ii) Testing will be carried out before commissioning of transformer.

DIsconnecting cable from HT /LT side of Transformer and decanning transformer oil as required and dismantling of top cover of transfomer for replcement of HT /LT burntout bushes reassumble & reconnection the cable, refilling transformer oil commissioning, testing complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of LT bushes 440 VOLT with rode, washer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any descrption , over 10 cm in width or grith not other wise described with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of GL, Cleaning of internal surface of ground level water reservoir 26 Thousand gallons capacity 3.8 m deep and size 5.6 x 5.6 m by removing silt, all scales by scraping & cleaning, washing with water and make the surface neat and clean and applying two coats of lime wash on internal and external surface writing date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint for the following capacities: Note: (i) Cleaning of tank shall be done through a mechanised water cleaning system. (ii) Mechanized removing of dirty water by high capacity pump set. (iii) Removal of sludge through vaccuum operated pump. (iv) The work shall be executed through reputated specialized water tank cleaner as approved by GE.
