Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Construction of stone pitching 300 mm thick comprising of loose stone boulder weighing not less than 40 kg beyond curtain wall.

Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level unifrom and and free from steaks and holes. composition of thermoplastic material shall be as per MORTH specification clause 8.13(803)& SOR traffic signage SL No.1 including cost of all material,labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
