SH - I : OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE (MANPOWER) Periodical maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical installations involving repairs and maintenance ,attending to complaints /faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability /satisfactory working condition of the systems i/c preventive maintenance of all electrical installations like DG sets, HT panels, Transformer, LT panels, OCB, installed at power house, pump sets I/c GLF system ,perimeter /street lighting and internal and external electrification etc. with making proper records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specification, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Sundays and holidays on 3 (Three) shift basis and also as and when required basis etc. as required. a) Electrician -01 No. (Skilled) in each shift b) Khallasi - -01 No. (1 no semi skilled and 02 nos Unskilled) in each shift c) Computer Operator - 01 No (Skilled) in general Shift

SH - I : OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE [ JOB WORK- PART-II (HT AND LT PANEL, TRANSFORMER, CCR) ] Repairing, overhauling of 400/600Amp 11 KV oil circuit breaker (3 Nos.) of ALSTOM make, cleaning of arch chamber, polishing contacts, springs & other mechanical parts etc carrying of the following tests & preventive maintenance alongwith of the test reports etc complete as required up to satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) General inspection (b) Wiring check including control cirucuit and indications (c) IR test between poles, between pole to earth between male and female contacts (d) Continuity of power contacts. (e) Continuity of auxiliary contacts (f) Resistance measurement of tripping coil (g) Closing, tripping and inter- locking testing (h) Tripping through relay operation

Inspection, servicing, setting, calibration and testing of IDMT relays for 11 KV panel (set of 3 over current plus 1 earth fault) I/c carrying out the following and submitting test reports. Inspection, servicing , setting, calibration and testing of auxiliary and tripping relays (Type-VAA/VAX/VAJH) including carrying out the following and submitting test reports (a) General inspection (b) Wiring check (c) IR value test (d) Tripping check

Inspection, Testing & preventive maintenance of CTs in 11 KV panel (set of 3 CTs - RYB) including carrying out the following and submitting test reports (a) General inspection (b) IR value test - primary to secondary, primary to earth, secondary to earth (c) Polarity test (d) Ratio test by primary injection (e) Secondary circuit wiring check (f) Knee point voltage measurement

Inspection, Testing & preventive maintenance of Voltage transformer including carrying out the following and submitting test reports. (a) General inspection (b) IR value test - primary to secondary, primary to earth, secondary to earth (c) Polarity test (d) Ratio test by primary injection (e) Secondary circuit wiring check

Inspection, servicing & testing of 250 KVA distribution transformer 11KV/433V including carrying out the following and submitting test reports. (a) General inspection (b) IR value test - primary to secondary + earth,Secondary to primary+earth, Primary to secondary. (c) Voltage ratio check at all tap position (d) Magnetising current measurement (e) Magnetic balance test at top tap position (f) Vector group test (g) Bucholtz relay operation - Alarm & trip (h) OTI operation - Alarm & trip (i) WTI operation - Alarm & trip (j) Tap changer operation check (j) Cleaning of transformer and topping the tested transformer oil (oil will be supplied by AAI) (k) Replacement of silica gel

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site includnig testing the BDV and acidity before and after testing and submission of test reports etc. as required for following Transformers. (i) 250 KVA Transformer (App. 240 Ltr.)

Supply of Transformer oil of specified break down strength and grade etc as required.

Inspection, servicing & testing of 630 Amp LT circuit breakers including carrying out the following test and preventive mainteannce alongwith submission of the test reports (a) General inspection (b) Wiring cheking including control and indications (c) IR test between poles, between pole to earth between male and female contacts (d) Continuity of power contacts. (e) Continuity of auxiliary contacts (f) Resistance measurement of tripping coil (g) Closing, tripping and inter- locking testing (h) Tripping through relay operation (i) Secondary injection test of In-bult thermal and magnetic release and calibration of the same

Calibration of CCR & sensitivity of relay on 4KW to 30 KW CCR of Youyang make including complete check and submitting reports etc, as required.

SH - I : OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE [ JOB WORK- PART-III (AC, Water Cooler)] Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following Air-conditioner i/c providing and fixing all necessary consumable and spares i/c replacing of faulty compressor, periodical preventive maintenance etc. as per maintenance schedule for below mentioned period as per special condition of contract. a) Split Type, 1.5 - 2.0 TR, Single Phase (17 Nos x 24 Months = 408 Nos)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following Air-conditioner i/c providing and fixing all necessary consumable and spares i/c replacing of faulty compressor, periodical preventive maintenance etc. as per maintenance schedule for below mentioned period as per special condition of contract. b) Tower Type, 2.5 TR, Three Phase (02 Nos x 24 Months = 48Nos)

Annual comprehensive maintenance of water cooler of capacity 40/80 Ltr/Hr i/c providing and fixing all necessary consumable and spares i/c replacing of faulty compressor, periodical preventive maintenance etc. as per maintenance schedule for below mentioned period as per special condition of contract. a) [5 Nos x 24 Month] = 120 Nos

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of water purifier of following capacity for one year i/c providing and fixing all necessary consumable and spares i/c periodical preventive maintenance etc. as per maintenance schedule for below mentioned period as per special condition of contract. a) [ 05 Nos x 24 Month = 120 Nos)

Dismantling of following Capacity Split type Air Conditioner from different locations in Airport etc. as required. Installation of following Capacity Split type Air Conditioner in different locations of Airport etc. as required. Painting of following poles in 2 coats by using Aluminium paint of approved make including pole boxes, cleaning of surface etc., as required including rewriting the identification Serial Number. (a) Street Light Pole of length not exceeding 5 Mtr.

Painting of GLF fitting including base plate in installation position with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour of approved make to given an even shade including, cleaning the surface with detergent, etc. removing old paints etc. as required. (a) HIRL/MIRL fittings.

(i) If quoted amount is Rs 45000 then the percentage will be considered as 10% below of DSR 2018. (ii) If quoted amount is Rs 50000 then the percentage will be considered as 0% above/ below.of DSR 2018. (iii) If quoted amount is Rs 55000 then the percentage will be considered as 10% above of DSR 2018. (iv) The Rate will be Inclusive of GST.
