M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 0 (12.5 mm graded agg) in roof padding concrete, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with 3% of integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L preparation surfaces of new plastered surfaces wall/chajja and applying one coat of acrylic exterior primer and apply two coats acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) etc all as spacified & as suggested by the manufacturers at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and PPR pipe connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 20mm dia to 38mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes, of 25mm dia SDR -11 including plain CPVC SDR fittings for Hot/cold water for sizes (outer dia ) mentioned below including all fittings and solvents and special fittings like brass elbow, brass tee, male threaded brass adaptor, female threaded brass adaptor etc, Unions, Flange and tank adapter all asper manufacturers recommendations and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling water tanks cpacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately.

S&F 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, 2 layer ISI marked, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in positionall specified in SSR Part-I. including best Quality float valve, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 25 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down PVC pipes, in any class, 75mm bore (including all fittings) including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down PVC pipes, in any class, 110 mm bore (including all fittings) including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing APP membrane and providing APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface. etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for demolised material removed out side of MOD land exc 1.50KM complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT CRS steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT CRS steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)as in stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base,surface finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 150 mm thick over a prepared subbase incl neccessary formwork finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in floor /pavings, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick as in floor /pavings, surface finished even and fair ,mixed and laid with transit mixer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Wearproof topping15 mm thick in CM 1:2 as specified (incorporating an approved floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except hardner) by using surface floater complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 150 mm thick slab, joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing of concrete slab in single /detached joints for flashing,filling, etc.to a depth of 20 mm and width of not exceeding 10 mm , filling with Joint Sealing Compound Grade “A” and making good edges to line with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming Construction joints 55mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade"A" complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.
