Operation and maintenance of CSS,DG set,pumping system,fire fighting and fire alarm and detection system, HVAC System, Baggage Handling System, external & internal lighting works in IDTB on all days including Sundays and holidays in 03 (three) shift basis and also as & when required basis etc as required. (Highly Skilled-2; Skilled-7; Semi-Skilled-5; Un-Skilled-7. The above mentioned minimum strength of labour is exclusive of reliever. Reliever as per site requirement shall be considered in addition to the minimum strength while quoting rate for this item.)

Execution of Complete items of CPWD SCHEDULE OF RATES (ELECTRICAL)-PART I & II, DSR-2022 as and when required as per site. (Without GST) [Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs.2,50,000.00 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI.
