1.01	Providing and fixing double scaffolding system for all type of works using 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical joining with cup & lock system including necessary working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge (The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding).	500	M2	-	-
1.02	Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.	200	M2	-	-
1.03	Providing and fixing 145 GSM fibre glass wire mesh or equivalent at the junctions of masonry walls with RCC beams, columns, sunshades and other dissimilar surfaces, prior to plastering, including cutting to required sizes, providing minimum 150 mm width mesh or as directed, with adequate overlap on both sides of the junction, and securely fixing with suitable galvanized nails/fasteners at required spacing. The item shall include all necessary materials, overlaps, cutting, fixing accessories, labour, scaffolding and all incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.	100	M2	-	-

1.05	Providing Expansion joint sealing using "Sikadur Combiflex tapes of 150mm wide and 1mm thickness by M/s Sika or equivalent after proper cleaning / grinding on either side of joint/ crack by mechanical means, removal of dust, welding of tape connections, overlaps etc. followed by proper mixing of two part adhesive and applying the same on sides of joints, firmly pressing of tape to adhesive using a roller and finally applying the adhesive on top of the combiflex tape	120	M	-	-
