Renovation and Windenig work of Bitumineous Road from Ambedkar Chowk to Lal Maidaan via Vishwakarma Vidya Mandir school, railway fatak at Haat Talla in ward no. 51

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item -A) and disposal of excavated carth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lift, leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of tree shrubs all complete as per approved design

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slop and compacted to meet requirement of table no. 300-2

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) (i) for grading- I Material

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-Il with VG -30 Grade Packed Bitumen. Providing and laying bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch Type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 percent by Weight of total mix and filler, transported the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, Vibratory and tenem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects.

Bituminous concrete Grading - II with VG - 30 Grade packed Bitumen. (Providing and laying bituminous concrete, with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor, control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads a 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level,

Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by vibratory method using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over 80mm thick compacted bed of fine sand ,compacting and proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting the paver blocks as per required size and pattern ,finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of E/l. 60 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -all work up to plinth level: (1:2:4) (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )
