Painting to new iron works with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over 1 coat of red oxide primer of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for:-Painting to Iron work - Synthetic enamel paint to New Iron Work - 2 coats + 1 coat Iron primer

Providing reflective reflective radium tape for Girders erected at Km 5/2 of Kankipadu Kesarapalli road

Providing HYSD bars ( Fe-415 ) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 & 2200 (5th revision) and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 for Sub structure of R.C.C items.

Forming embankment with borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P , complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision) (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work).

Masonry work in CM(1:6) prop (Cement: Sand) in Basement / superstructure with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, overheads and contrctor profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504). for:-Fly Ash Block Masonry in CM 1:6 (290x225x140).

SPECIALISED INJECTION GROUTING WITH CEMENT AND FREE FLOW ADDITIVES a]. Drilling of holes with power drilling machine to the required depth [12mm to 14mm dia holes] b]. Fixing of Rubber Nozzles with cement and quick setting, Rapid hardening compound putty - Rapidstrong qs or equivalent. c]. Grouting of holes with 140 PSI Grout pump with cement slurry mixing with Specialized Free flow, Non-shrink Grout additive - 250 Grams per bag of 50 Kgs Cement add required water to make slurry form. d]. After completion of grouting, Remove the Rubber nozzles e]. Later sealing of the hole with polymer cement putty .

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and MoRTH specification 2503.2 (5th revision)

Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16 mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for External & Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed surfaces for finished item of work.
