Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles sinlge layer including any treatment on roofs complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from outside of defence land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate average thickness 75mm mixed with water proofing compound as in roof padding complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick on roof surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note : Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using bitumen primer @ .30 Kg/Sqm applied hot complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) by torched application including making grooves in parapet complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on Screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) 15mm thick finished even and fair and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 08 above but except tiles including removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quoins arches pillars etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) Rain water pipes in any length fixed to walls including Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (of any size and patern), incl all fittings and, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.)

S&F 15mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 20mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of existing water tanks and brass valve and removing to store complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks 1000 ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top ) triple layer hoisted and fixed in position including S&F ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythylene float and fly nut complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type D2 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling in ramming eartgh or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing tubular steel work in vertical posts, rafters, purlins, etc including special shaped washer and structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor's workshop, etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and n.exc. 250 and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in pedestal, bed plates, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6 in floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Endura ceramic tiles (Ist quailty) of size 300mmx300mmx10mm thick laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey or coloured cement and pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 60mm thick interlocking coloured paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved and laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7 mm thick laid over and including10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete cast in situ type B-1, 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in washing point including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Steel Tubes Medium Grade Bore of tube in 15mm galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, walls, ceiling or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 41 above but of size of 20mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to steel pipe or union, 20mm bore dia of pipe. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle fancy type, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in iron pipe of 15 mm bore complete all as specified & directed.
