Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.00 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated Aluminium window frame 2/3 track outer frame 92 mm x 31.75 mm x1.50 mm of Jindal and guide rail of section Nos of size 92 x 31.75 x1.50mm and shutter section 40 x 18 x 1.550 mm sliding type including 4 mm thick sheet glass and fixed with rubber beading and aluminium hardware fittings shall be powder coated also complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminum decorative grill of HINDALCO design DG-104 and fixed with steel screws in and including anodised aluminium ;U' shape frame works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for partition walls with panels of 1.44 sqm (appx.) made out of aluminium anodised hollow sections 63.50x38.10x1.95mm thick ,snap fit beading ,rubber gasket ,4 mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade ,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination including dismantling the damaged partition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium door shutter with chowkats made out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200mm long 2 Nos aluminium tower bolts of 200mm long and 1 No mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring, shutter partly glazed with 4 mm thick sheet glass and partly panelled with 12mm thick particle board pre-laminated fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beadings complete all as specified and directed. S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mmx605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and perforated board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 cm in size and thickness 5 to 8 mm,fixed with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and including dismantling wall and ceiling boards, (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including wooden cover and fillets and removing away from dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for roof, column and etc of aluminium composite panel of 3mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwtiched by 2.5mm polythene core with PVDF coating of 30 micron, face fully covered with high intensity prismatic (Type-IV) sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D 4956-01 as approved by GE and fixing the same to the structural frame work by means of suitable self tapping screws, rivets or bolts and nuts and erecting in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, solid, 2nd hard wood class straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with the glue pinned at joints as in doors and windows with 2nd class hardwood complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flush shutters, solid core construction 40 mm thick with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides as in doors complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates for flush shutters include for provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches or other fittings.

S&F 125 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium alloy sliding door bolt 200 mm long with hasp and staple and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast alumimnium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm butt hinges heavy weight cold rolled mild steel and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125 mm aluminium handles cast type polished bright complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Veneered decorative plywood 4mm thick, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on single side; fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle, composite panels or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing including dismantling old unsv steel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium shutters of doors, windows and ventilators of any description exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each for refixing the same in the same opening after replacing of unserviceable screws, cleat, rubber packing, aluminum snap beading, aluminium shutter frames etc, and tightening including making surfaces good complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rate is inclusive of rubber beading, aluminum snap beading, hinges, screws, cleat etc)

Taking down aluminium shutters of windows, ventilators etc of any description not exc 1.5 Sqm each for and refixing the same in the same opening after replacing of unserviceable screws, cleat, rubber packing, aluminum snap beading etc, and tightening including making surfaces good complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rate is inclusive of rubber beading, aluminum snap beading, hinges, screws, cleat etc)

S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically ( aluminium extruded section body) regulated, designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed or make Godrej (C071) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs floor door stopper 140 mm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stick solar control film 50 microns thick on glass panes as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 250mm aluminium alloy, anodized,aldrop with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruced sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.
