Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins, rafters, etc. upto 10m span and 5m height including stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- of sectional area 40 sq cm and below. of sectional area 40sq cm and below ( in meters)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling old glass panes from wooden / steel structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of rubbish and unserviceable materials to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked Aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles with necessary screws etc. complete (best make of approved quality).

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

Providing and laying polished vitrified floor tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete. Size of tile 60x60cm

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide 45 cm over all semi circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes (Class LA) conforming to IS - 1536 100 mm dia. Pipe

Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I. pipes and specials including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead : 100 mm dia. Pipe

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing and fixing prelaminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 3087 marked with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I,Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethene primer (fittings to be paid separately). 25 mm thick

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183 having density 24 kg/m³, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene Bags fixed to wall with screw, rawel plug & washers and held in position by criss crossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give aneven shade. New work ( two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Wiring for circuit/ sub-main wiring with the following sizes PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC conduit including connection etc. as required:-(g) 3x1.5 sq mm

Supplying of 1200 mm sweep white colour AC ceiling fan capacitor type double ball bearing complete with 300 mm down rod, canopies, shackles, 3 nos blade (without regulator) conforming to IS 374 (1979), BEE 5 star.

Supplying and fixing of following ratings Bus bar chamber of copper strip made of sheet steel enclosure with all accssories including drilling holes on the board/MS clamp and necessary connection etc. as required. (e) 100 amps 415 vols four strip of size (610mmx410mmx120mm)

Supplying and fixing of following ratings TP/FP MCCB having breaking capacity 25KA in the existing MCCB enclosure/Panel board including connection etc. as required. (e) 150 to 160 amps FP MCCB

Providing and fixing of 3 pin 6/10 amps plug point with modular type 6/10 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x1.5 sqmm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) on modular concealed switch board with cover plate earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required.

Providing earthing system with maintenance free earthing electrode of 50mm dia & 3 mtr long of dual electrode technology filled with highly conductive compound and back fill compound of 50kg, terminal size 32x6mm i/c accessories with masonary enclosure of CI cover plate size 12"x12" having locking arrangement including CC works etc as required.
