S/F/F of window (sliding type) made up Alluminium section 9778 as window frame,section No.4095,4096 & 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement all fitting cost of glass complete smoth.as direction by EIC.

Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Distempering Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over required putty & 2 coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete as direction by EIC.

Two coat Weather coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over required putty & 2 coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete as direction by EIC.

Painting two coats of enamel paint over a coat of priming including all costs of labour ,Paint, primer, brushes and putty required for the work etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S/F/F of S.Steel railing in 3 rows (top 2" dia one row niddle 3/4" dia in row) with required balustrade & newel post) as required for the work complete as direction by EIC.

FIRST FLOOR

Providing and fixing steel work in built up shed including cutting.Hosting fixing in postion and applying a primming coat of approved steel primer,welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc.as required for the work complete as direction by EIC.

Concealed Electrical wiring to Main,submain distribution line with running earth and PVC conduct pipe of required dia (approved make) to all points in all floors,wiring with seathed copper wire(Finlex/Havells/V-guard etc) of required gauge with all switches,sockets,angle holder of cona/Havells make,8 nos celling fans(Usha/CG/Havells)20 nos Tube light(Phillips),18 watt CFL bulbs,15 AMP power pluck 10nos,5AMP five pin pluck points 15 nos, with earthing point 1 nos,control panel of havells make including main switch complete for internal electrification of the unit including supply of 12mm service wire of required length complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Inernal sanitary & watersupply system with over head tank(1000 ltr),septic tank(10'X8'X6'),so-pit,IWC/YWC pan (21") of (Cera/Jaquar/Hindware),wash basin(3 nos),with fiiting of toiletitems including required length of UPVC pipe complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
