Catering service provider should have a minimum 3 years of Work Order/ experience Certificate i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25& 2025-26 in providing catering services. (Work orders/ Experience Certificate given by various Departments/government institutions/ institutions/sainik schools/ military canteens/railway canteens to the catering service provider in last 3 years that is 2023-24, 2024-25& 2025-26)

Catering institute/Service provider should be a registered Company/Partnership firm/ Proprietorship or Trust/Society/MSME/UDYAM or any other registered establishment. Certificate of Incorporation /Registration /MSME/UDYAM shall be enclosed, issued by Central /State Government authority, valid as on the date of tender submission (Certificate of Incorporation /Registration /MSME/UDYAM shall be enclosed, issued by Central /State Government authority, valid as on the date of tender submission)

The institute should have registered with GST (a)The institute should have GST Registration Certificate. b)GST returns filling details for the year 2024-25 (31-03-2025)

Must have a valid PAN card (Copy of the PAN card)

Food License/Shop Act License No. (Copy of the same shall be attached)

The service provider should not have blacklisted by Government of India/ Government of Karnataka/any other undertakings. (Self-declaration attested by the Notary.)

Submission of EMD (EMD shall be submitted as prescribed through portal. )

Any other technical document as per the tender documents

Catering service provider should have an Rs.25.00 lakhs Avarage annual turnover for the last 1 years i.e., 2024-25. (Annual turnover certified by the Chartered Accountant for the last 1 financial years 2024-25 in the format provided in Annexure - A)
