Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtr and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

e) Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

Providing & laying reinfirced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 well graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) proportionally by weight with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg/cum minimum M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. .a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approve brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.
