Dismantling of Asbestos / FRP sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters with iron brackets etc., stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceble materials at waste disposal yard at plant including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline as required/ PPE's and other requirements for safe execution of job with all leads and lifts etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

At approx. 15m height

Providing & fixing colour coated steel sheets of minimum TCT 0.60 mm Galvalume steel sheet made of cold rolled steel of JSW or other approved makes conforming to ASTM A366 or AS 1595 with minimum 80 mm overlaps, adequate sealing and water shreading arrangements to ensure water tightness including cutting, bending of sheets to required shape and size, counter flashing and fixing using polymer coated hot dip galvanized hex head self drilling and self tapping screws with sealing arrangement with all necessary accessories, including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline as requied/PPE's and other requirements for safe execution of job etc complete as per drawing, specifications, manufacturer specifications with all materials, labour charges, transport etc. complete and as directed by Engineer . Note: Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately. (Unit Rate shall be quoted accordingly.)

Providing and fixing Ridge cover of 60 cm overall width, made up of minimum 0.63 mm galvalume sheet with sufficient longitudinal and side lapping as per specifications, fixing in place at all heights using polymer coated hot dip galvanized hex head self drilling and self tapping screws with sealing arrangement with all necessary accessories, scaffolding, safety lifeline etc complete as per drawing, specifications, manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and fixing 20 cm wide and 60cm over all trapozoidal, made up of minimum 0.60 mm thick galvalume sheet gutter with Iron buckets 40x3 mm to required shape @ 0.6m spacing and profile at specified height as per approved design / drawings, sufficient overlaps with adequate sealing and water shreading arrangements to ensure water tightness with self tapping screw / bolts, nut and washers, welding including making necessary connections with rain pipes with sealing etc including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline etc all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Supply and fixing of 100 mm dia. PVC pipes and fittings (TYPE-A) conforming to IS 13592 for ventilation and rainwater pipe lines including providing and fixing by standard PVC clamps (Approx 3.2 mm thick) and nails or MS galvanized clamps having minimum 3 mm thick for fixing the pipe, jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approverd equivalent method etc. including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline etc all complete as per the specifcation and as approved by EIC.

Dismantling of C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps at all heights including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceble materials at waste disposal yard at plant including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline as required/ PPE's and other requirements for safe execution of job with all leads and lifts etc. complete ans as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of fixed glazing at height upto 20m including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceble materials at waste disposal yard at plant including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline as required/ PPE's and other requirements for safe execution of job with all leads and lifts etc. complete ans as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing Industrial Sky lights, solid 6mm thick Twin layer/multi wall Polycorbonate base corrugated fiber glass transparent sunlight sheet wit UV coating upto 20m height including with necessry polycarbonate connecting profiles, fittings and fixtures with minimum overlaps as specified by manufacturer with adequate sealing and water shreading arrangements to ensure water tightness, counter flashing leak proof joints with 6mm J bolts, bitumen washers etc. with all materials, labour, transport etc. including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline etc complete as per manufacturer's specifications, specifications and as direcetd by the engineer In Charge.

Providing and Erecting Structural Steel work in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide steel primer etc. as required including providing & fixing all required Connection Accessories like Tension Ties, Tie Rod, Brackets, Plates, Nut, bolts and duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations and size as per approved drawing etc. upto 7 meter height, including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline, all materials, manpower, tools and tackles, transport etc. all complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Welded wire Mesh, wire dia 4.0 mm thick of aperture/opening size 50 x 25 mm conforming to IS: 4948 : 2002, welding to the supporting structure, cutting, grinding, finishing to avoid sharp edges, scaffolding as per requirement etc. all complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 with 1:6 cement motar in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plastering 20 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
