Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

© Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(e) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landings in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all hight. a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

(c) Suspended floors,roors,landings,shelves and their supports balconies.beams,girders,bressumers and cantillever upto floor two level.

(d) For stair cases.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling under floors.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors i/c ramming,watering and consolidating complete.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth using 2nd class bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in all depth, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floors in all heights using second class bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Half brick masonry in comman burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level with cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand) 2nd class bricks

Providing brick band 7.6cm projected from wall face in common brunt clay building bricks laid in cement mortor 1:4(1cement:4sand)2nd class bricks.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring 400x400mm size on treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Colored (Digital) tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12mm tick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3sand) and jointed with cement slurry.

Providing and laying Kota stone slab 25mm (Twenty five milimetre ) thick in risers of steps ,skirting dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (Twelve millimeter) (average) thick cement morter 1:3 (One cement isto three sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and treading the surface with bee wax etc. complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :(a) In grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia mter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over all with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coat ing including fixing with prepainted iron j or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast)rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 6.00kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. (a) 110mm dia.pipes.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 60mm asper drawing and technical specification. (clause-1504) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasters including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleats angle, aluminum, snap beading for glazinge/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of approved shade and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
