Operation and General Maintenance of E and M Installations in operational area, Power House and OTB at Trichy Airport 2022 to 2024

Job contract for operation & Maintenance of various Electrical & Mechanical Installations and GLF Installations as detailed in "Annexure-B" of operational and non operational area such as 11KV Sub-Station, OTB, CCR including operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis maintenance of records / documentation etc., as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract in all days including sunday and holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panels at power house shall be ensured round the clock (i.e. in three shifts daily, each shift of 8 hours) and the services of all others E&M Installations shall be ensured for three shifts (each of 8 hours) daily as required. by engaging minimum number of staff as stipulated in the special conditions of the contract and particular specifications

Providing vehicle with driver having valid class of driving license and badge no for use in day to day maintenance of Electrical installations, operational requirement and office purpose 0600 hrs to 2200hrs in 2 shifts on all days including national holidays and sundays as per special terms and conditions in addition to general terms and conditions of contract as required for a maximum of 1500KM per month. Vehicle shall be registered in Year 2020 or later. (Type of vehicle : BOLERO /Mahindra Marazzo/Innova/Trax Cruiser/Ertiga ) (Approx. 1500 KM per Month)

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site with high vacuum filtration apparatus to obtain BDV value 40 KV for 1 minute as required, topping of oil and submission of test reports etc. as required for following Transformers. (Make: Kirloskar, Capacity 1250 KVA, Oil Capacity 850 Ltrs, Qty - 3 Nos)

Supply of transformer top-up oil suitable for kirloskar make, 1250 KVA Transformer.

Supply and replacement of Silica gel crystals for transformer breather including removing the detoriated one and refilling the new crystals etc as required.

Testing the BDV value and PH value by applying minimum 40 KV for 1 minute of transformer oil of two samples (top and bottom) and submission of report as required.

Inspection, servicing and testing of 630A, Avera make, 11 KV Vaccum Circuit Breakers as per OEM method and practice including carrying out preventive maintenance and submission of test reports etc. as required.

Rewinding, servicing, repairing of wall mounted fans/exhaust fans/pedestal fans upto 450mm sweep including replacement of wornout / defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Rewinding, servicing, repairing of wall fan / Exhaust fan/Pedestal fan above 450 - 600mm sweep including replacement of wornout / defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Re-winding and repair of following rating submersible/monoblock pump motors including dismantling, cutting of burnt out wire, rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts, re-assembling, testing of motor, transportation of the submersible pump motor set to the site etc as and on when required.

Sliding gate of size 6.10 Mtr x 2.02 Mtr - 01 No. b). Boom barrier of size 5.10 Mtr - 01No.

Painting of GLF fittings such as Runway/Taxi/Approach light fittings/ Poles of height of maximum 1.5 mtr, including base plate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make in yellow colour (RAL 1021) to give an even shade, including removal, taking out, fixing etc., after completion of painting, including numbering of fittings in black colour etc complete as required.

Painting of Street light pole of following size after scrubbing rust from pole with two coats of aluminum paint including writing of pole number, suply of labour, materials, T&P as directed by Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect

Spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of sheet metal enclosures such as feeder pillars, distribution boards, Electrical panels, with one or more coats of approved paint & shade after scrubbing the rust from feeder pillers, including cleaning of surface, numbering, inscription etc. as required and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2022 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations in operational area/OTB/Colony as per the special Terms and Conditions in addition to General Terms and Conditions of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate for 01 (one) job corresponding to the value of Rs.3,00,000/- (Ex.GST) in INR only and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. Note: The rate provided in DSR 2022 is inclusive of GST @12%, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST, the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned in special conditions of tender document.
