Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of water supply scheme of Mohanlal Sukhadia Affordable Housing scheme Block D, Block G & Savitri bai Fuley Kota to supply water through PSP / House connections 8 hrs. per day on job work basis. The job includes but not limited to the following works.
Operation and maintenance of All tube wells in campus of Mohanlal Sukhadia Affordable Housing scheme Block D, Block G and its installations like motor, panel board, valve etc. including repair of pumping machinery switches. Starter etc. and maintaining log book.
Operation and maintenance of 2Nos 15 HP at D-Block & 2 Nos 12.5 HP at G-Block vertical submersible Mono block pump set and 2 Nos. 12 HP centrifugal pump sets at Savitri bai fuley and its installations like pump-motor, electronic panel board, valve etc. installed including repair of pumping machinery, switches, starters etc. and maintaining log book.
Operation and maintenance of pipe line, PSP and House connection system complete including operation of valves as per direction of Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer, Repair of leakages (all materials to be provided by the contractor) and maintaining water supply log book.
Application/dosing of bleaching powder in the water (chemical to be arranged by the contractor) at CWR/SR and through Booster pump at distribution line as per direction of Junior Engineer/ Assistant Engineer and keeping record of it.
Watch and ward (Chowkidar/Guard) of all structures and equipment of water supply scheme like tube well its accessories, SR and its accessories, distribution lines, valves, PSP/Building/CWR/ Water supply campus etc. complete system.
