Annual Maintenance Contract for Up-keeping and Sewerage Cleaning of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings on job contract basis for period of one year.

PART-A (CLEANING WORK)

Area (floor) to be cleaned by using brush, broom stick and dumping waste outside the building complete as per direction of the EIC.(inside)

Cleaning of open area with broom stick/coir Brushes. Admin Building (SGM Office) complete as per direction of the EIC.(outside)

Area to be cleaned with Cora Cloth or Cotton waste with surf sainted phenyl water complete as per direction of the EIC.

Cleaning of Dust, Cubwebs from side walls & ceiling by using broom sticks and dusting doors and windows complete as per direction of the EIC.

Cleaning of Latrine room alongwith Latrine Pan of Res. & Non-Res. Building with brush, washing powder, phenyl water & broom stick complete as per direction of the EIC.

Cleaning of sewerage pipe line with 6 mm dia Iron rod including removal of night soil complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste and rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing and grubbing grass including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs and cutting small trees and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the colony quarter are complete as per direction of the EIC.

Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps, roots, stacking of serviceable material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 metres and earth filling in the depression/pit. complete as per direction of the EIC. (Girth from 600 mm to 900 mm )

Cleaning & Disposable of Slushy Soil from the Drains of Different Colonies etc. within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of garbage from back side area of the quarters and other adjacent places as directed by the EIC and dumping at a suitable distance at 5Km in away from work side.
