Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distanc n exc 50 m and making good surface inany type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation/filling & PCC padding in sunken floors/ roofs (for slope correction) and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular posts including special shaped washers etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to relevant IS code,grade st 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. Fe 410W, Gde E- 250 quality- A- complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes for riveting/fasterners, welded with main runners/columns conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.50 sqm and n. exc. 4.00 sqm each including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder Coating aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing, drilling screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coating aluminium door shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos, 04 but hings 100mm, 02 Nos 200mm tower bolt etc in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40 mm crushed stone aggregate) In mass concrete or sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection/PCC path complete finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with gray cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down old cement plaster/Grit wash on stone wall or brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water with and including, removing debris out sideMOD Land at contractor is own arrangement ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes, cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of alkali primer & 3 mm thick wall care puttty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes, cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick perforated particle board/ tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber framework or with screws on snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5.5mm thick, sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with beading (any type) or oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix double action floor springs aluminium body hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.2 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet, foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of MA heavy duty universal type conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing with and including removing Debris out sideMOD Land at contractor is own arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick light shade joint free (square/ rectangular) as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick dark shade joint free (square/ rectangular) as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
