Arranging one Mali for maintenance of lawn & plantation of size upto 800 sqm, including wages of labour , required T&P , Fertiliser and pesticides etc. required for proper work.(CSI No. 19.20)

Providing caretaking service in erector hostels/Guest house/Inspection houses including house keep of room replacement of bedsheets, bed covers but excluding their clearing including watch and ward of erector hostel/guest house/Inspection house premises and furniture electric installation in the building maintence and cleaning of cutlery,crokery and also including provision /evening tea and meals on payment basis to guest/occupants. (NSI) (For 6 Suits)

Cooking and serving ofbreakfast/Lunch/Dinner /Tea/Coffee for VIP/Guest/Officers at Dinning hall or Room service as per menu on Daily basis (labour and cooking, Serving Pot, material will be provided by the contractor as per rate directed by Engineer incharge.(CSI No 27.17)

Cleaning /Sweeping/Dusting of Dormitory dinning Hall Kitchen & outer area that include lobby stairs road Parking and proper cleaning of bathroom Toilet Sanitary cubes and also removal of rubbish from premises with sweeper/ labour including all cleaning of material required for proper completion of work.(CSI No 27.18)

Cleaning of bed sheet (Double and single) with pillow cover Sofa Cover Seats , pair of towel through suitables Detergent solvent chemical to remove all Dirt &spot including taking out &placing back in position for VVIP Guest house/Erector Hostel.(CSI No 27.14)

Dry-Cleaning of Curtain of Rooms /Drawing Hall /Varandah ,blanket including removal & refixing after dry clean in Proper alignment as originally provided including cost of labour,material T&P Etc required For Proper completion of the work for Vvip Guest house/Erector Hostel.(CSI No 27.15)
