Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Applicants shall have to participate through the process of e-procurement only and the applications submitted directly will not be accepted.

KKRTC cannot be held responsible for technical problems resulting in non-submission/non-uploading of tender within the stipulated time.

The applicant shall be bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his bid and KKRTC will in no case be responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.

The applicant is advised to visit and examine the Building space and its surroundings and obtain for himself on his own responsibility all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into contract. The costs of visiting the site shall be at applicants own expenses.

In case of the firms registered under the Indian partnership Act, the person signing the tender shall state the authority under companies Act, the person signing the tender shall state the authority under which is signing/ acting on behalf of partnership firm/ company and enclose the certified copy if the partnership deed/memorandum of articles of association issued by the authorities

Applicant is expected to examine carefully all instructions, conditions and terms of the tender.

Persons quoting highest bid amount in Tender produce valid documents will be selected as successful bidder.

Earnest Money Deposit of the successful bidder will be refunded only after the completion of the work and completely clearing the debris from the Bus Station premise.

While executing the said work KKRTC will not be held responsible for any fatal or minor accidents.

The bidder will be held responsible for the damage and loss to the assets of the KKRTCwhile executing the work. If any damages and loss for the assets of the KKRTC the compensation should be paid by bidder as per the terms and conditions.

The competent Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

Before participating in tender bidder should visit and satisfy himself about the condition of the building.

No dispute will be entertained regarding the quantity and quality of salvage material.

If the successful bidder fails to clear the premises within the said stipulated period, his EMD will be forfeited.

The successful bidder shall pay service tax payable to the government as per the rules in vogue.

The interested bidder may participate in Tender.

The stipulated time limited for the dismantling & disposal of debris is 30 days from the date of issue of work order.

The successful bidder shall deposit the bid amount within the 7 days in the from of DD in the Name of Executive Engineer CE Division Kalaburagi along with Taxes as applicable separately.

Applicant willing to participate in Tender shall have to submit separate applications and separate EMD through e-procurement portal.

The Security deposit will not carry any interest

The selected bidder shall pay Sale Tax and Income Tax and other taxes payable to the government as per the rules in vogue over the bid amount.

In the event of any dispute arising the settlement of dispute is through court of law only.

The Bidder/Firm should not engage the child labour on the work site.

Black listed individuals/Agencies/Registered Contractors with any court cases against him/ her is not liable to participate in the tender process

Individuals/Bidder/Agencies/Registered Contractors shall ensured that the employees or covered by all labour laws are in force.

Bidder is expected to examine carefully all instructions, conditions and terms in the biding documents. Failure to comply with the requirement of bid submission will be at bidders own risk. The bids which are not substantially response to the requirements of bidding documents will be rejected.

The applicants who have been selected shall enter into an agreement as per the provisions of Karnataka Stamp Act by paying prescribed stamp fee. (Rs. 500).

KKRTCreserves the right to accept/reject/revise/post pone the tender without assigning any reasons and the incomplete applications will be rejected.

The Department will have the right to terminate the agreement by serving one month notice in advance to the Bidder without assigning any reason.

The bidder should not sub let the work to any person/s or otherwise.

Dispute resolution shall be only through courts and not through process of Arbitration The jurisdiction of courts will be at Kalaburagi only.

During execution of the work by the successful bidder, any incidents/ lapses/theft, the department is not responsible.

The bidder should take all nec3essary safety measure during dismantling the buildings

The bidder should not damage the other property of corporation. In case of damages equal amount will be recovered or the scrap materials will not be allowed to lift until the damaged portion is rectified

The bidder solely responsible for any injuries/casualties of labours if any during dismantling.

The second party liable to pay the GST as per Government norms
