Complete Operation and maintenance of Bio Gas Plant

a. Complete Operatoin and maintenance of 150 TPD (Ton per Day) capacity Cattle/ Cattle Dung based bio Gas/ CBG Plant from screening of cow dung unloaded on UT tanks to processing of cow dung for production of CBG and PROM (including mixing etc.) b. O & M of PROM Production Unit of 50 TPD Capacity for production of Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM) including mixing of rock phosphate and other chemicals in by product of biogas plant, grinding, screening, pelletting & other necessary actions up to packing of bags. c. O & M of PSA :- Purification of biogas, compression, filling of cascade complete work in all respect. d. Individual House Gas Supply :- Distribution of bio gas for domestic use to households of Dev Narayan Ngar UIT Kota scheme including O & M of piping, electrical and mechanical equipment & instrumentation for safe supply, gas amount metering devices, safety devices etc. e. Quality Control Laboratory for testing of incoming, in- process and produce inaccordance with prevalent standards and specification of national & international nature. f. O & M of fire flare unit - Fire Flare Unit Personnel Health & Safety equipments to avoid accidents & incidents and improve the environment performance of the unit. g. O & M works are also includes weighting of cow dung, pre treatment, anaerobic treatment followed by post treatment of solid liquid sepration to PROM and liquid fertilizer production to supply bio gas though pipeline to individual house. h. O & M of biogas handling system comprising digester gas holder, bio gas purification system.

Replacement of shaft and starter and other parts of pumps type: Screw type with pulley operation gland packing, Flow rate 50 cum/ hr and other parts to make pumps functional.

Replacement of bearing of electric water pumps type : self priming/vertical pumps Capacity 30 cum /hr
