M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each and including sweeping, free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) for depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified. (Note: This item include uprooting of any type of vegetation)

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc. 500 m but not exceeding 1.50 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm spread thickness moorum/red bajri filling, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, as in berms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for WBM 150 mm thick in two layer of 75 mm thick each layer (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregates by using granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced WBM road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 30 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver equipment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The binder content is indicated tentatively and shall be as per actual mix design. The rate of bitumen content shall not be less than specified in the item. No price adjustment for this purpose shall be admissible.

M&L for road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc., of 2.5mm thick (reflective type) on new surfaces of road/pavements and the like including and not exceeding 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow, by fully automatic thermo plastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater etc., driven by the skilled operator on road surface complete all as per MORTH specifications and as directed.

S&F Dual directional reflective cat eye (Road Glow stud) of impact resistant ABS plastic 100 x 90 x 16 mm of ultra violet resistant yellow colour, having micro prismatic/ cube corer reflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy/ bitumen adhesive as per manufacturer's specification/ instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dark eye/Protek/Swarflex/Greenlite. (Note: Appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specifications/instructions before fixing the cat eye and the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.)

S&F Stainless steel location board type 'C' of size 100 cm x 76 cm made of stainless steel tubes of grade FE-30, and aluminium composite (ACP) panel 3 mm thick in centre, with top of board at 9 ft above ground, with letters, figures written on board as directed with sand base of high density prismatic retro reflective tape of superior quality on both sides of the aluminium composite panels (ACP), including necessary excavation as in pot holes, PCC 1:2:4 tpe B2 using 40 mm aggregate as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.
