Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exe 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exec 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exe 50 m and depositing where directed ar a level n exec 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS clamp , made out of any MS section as required at site incl nuts -bolts & washers of suitable size incl necessary welding & two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer using steel conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggrgates) foundations filling and mass concrete ( making good to road / path) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished fair and even complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall not be measured and paid separately.

Taking up and down CI / DI pipe 100 mm bore and all fittings from trenhes / wall / floor or any other position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying 100mm bore Ductile iron Pressure pipe, Class K9, Centrifugally cast with socket spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside Zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen/Epoxy coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D joining), in any length and all jointing material as per site requirement for branch connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing and testing of cast iron sluice valve, class PN 1.6, ISI marked conforming to IS-14846-2000 complete suitable for 100 bore pipe with flanged ends duly drilled, brass spindle, CI gate with brass rings and iron wheel head including dismantling unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting of existing CI/ DI pipe 150 / 100 mm bore for making branch connection for 100 mm bore pipe incl DI fittings complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for CI / DI Specials (Tee, Bend, Tail Piece etc) of size upto 150 mm bore dia and shape for fixing in existing pipe or new pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fix air release valve of size 100mm double chamber ball as per IS-14845/ 2000 complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber of size 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1 m made out of Brick work and PCC work including excavation, fabrication chamber cover wirh 3.15mm thick MS plate and 50x50x6mm angle iron frame and painting of chamber cover with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling of old unserviceable valve pit complete all as specified and directed.
