Providing plain cement concrete of M-15 grade with 40mm size qua of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete & ramming in layers not exceeding 0.15m thick watering and curring etc. complete including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using flyash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing of AL door with OEL anodized AL door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12 mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tappered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including cost of all labour , T&P , hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges complete with fixed in position including fixing & cost , conveyance of wood, royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .
Supplying, fitting and fixing fully glazed aluminum framed openable windows sliding type using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminum 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullin section , 4124 as a shutter section frame window including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantlling and removing door, windows and ventilators including removing the frames hings fastering and stacking the same for reuse and refixing them after necessary repair etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Wall painting two coats to walls with weather coat paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
