(A) CONDITINAL ASSESSMENT OF BUILDING A1. Conducting detailed survey of building (a) by visual inspection covering • External faces, circulation areas, Terrace, water tanks, • All floors to assess current state of condition, levels of deterioration, stability/durability etc. (b) by NDT test as per IS 13311-1992(Part 1 & 2) • Rebound Hammer Test • UPV (Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity) Test • Carbonation Depth Test: • Half Cell Potential Test • Core Test: Deciding the location by using • “Rebar Locator/Cover Meter • Any other suitable test requires to assess the structural strength and stability. Including complete test procedure like preparing the surface of RCC structural members such as beams, columns, slabs etc by chipping the plastered surface/ finishing / cladding to expose the concrete, smoothening the area using carborundum stone including analysis of the test result &preparation of report with observations and recommendations for remedial measures if any. (B) SEISMIC EVALUATION as per IS 15988:2013 • Using appropriate Methods for bar location and finding number of bars in the member. • Creation of tentative structural drawings for building • Evaluation of seismic hazard • Examining the building configuration and structural system • Study of distress / deuteriation of structure • Analysis of NDT test for estimation of strength of members. • Estimation of seismic demand and capacity of the building. • Suitable testing methods for estimating in-situ strength of RC structural members if required. • Detailed dynamic analysis of structure for EQ forces by any suitable software. • Recommendation of retrofitting if required. (C) Preparation of detailed report of conditional assessment and structural evaluation of complete building along with conclusion and recommendation of retrofitting if required i/c vetting from any institution mentioned in the scope of work. The rate includes all statutory taxes and all operations to complete the job i/c site visits and consumables required for the purpose. Note :- Only one price for all components of (A), (B) & (C) is required to be quoted.
