Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing laying Bitumins Macadom with hot mix plant using crushed agreegate of specified grading primixed with bituminous binder 60/70 penetration grade of bitumin,transporting the site,laid over a previously prepaired surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grad ,level a ligament and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per ctause 508 of MORT&H Specification for road & bridges works (4th rivision including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc complete. Grading II using (19mm Normal Size)

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete using crushed aggregate of grading-2 materials premixed with bitumenous binder@ 4.50 to 5.00%of mix and filler, transport the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydroststic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Clause No. 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
