[A] DISMANTLING & DEMOLITION

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry including

Demolition of R.C.C. work including stacking of

2 serviceable materials and disposal of 1.00 CMT 1122.66

Labour Charges for removing, Collecting, Stacking

material and disposed of non-usable material upto

any lead etc. complete as directed by E.I.C.

[B] EXCAVATION, FILLING AND EARTH WORK

Excavation for foundation up to 1.50m Depth

including sorting out and stacking of useful

materials & Refilling the sides of the trenches

(1) Masonry WORK

White Stone Bela mesonry block incoursein

superstructure with stone of approved quality in

(2) CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1

Cement : 4 Coarse and : 8 black crushed stone

aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing

complete- Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work of ply wood shuttering so as

to give a smooth exposed finish including centering

(adjustable tubular steel supports). Shuttering

strutting and propping etc. for any height of

propping and centering below supporting floor to

ceiling , and removal of the same for reinforced

concrete and plain concrete. for Footings

foundations and pedestal

Providing & laying control cement concrete M-20

as per mix design exposed work with curing etc.

complete excluding the cost of ply wood form

Providing Thermo Mechanically treated bars (TMT

bars) confirmed to IS 1786 FE 500/500D for RCC

work including bending, binding and placing in

position etc. completed for RCC work.

(3) PLASTER WORK

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster single coat on

masonary / bela / concrete wall / ceiling for

12 plastering up to any floor level finished even and 65.00 SMT 187.11

smooth/Sand Face in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement

(4) FABRICATION ITEMS

Supply, fabrication,cutting,threading of M.S rod

including hot dip galvanizing the same of required

size and length including 2 Nos of hex nuts with

13 check nut, lock nut, plain washer,spring washer, 828.75 KG 108.00

base plate 65X10 thick stopper pit welded at end.

etc; complete as directed by E.I.C (Revised Basic

rate+Transportation Charges as per RA)

Setting of template & foundation bolts in line and

level before concreting of foundation and making

arrangement of fixing template in such a way as it

remains in position during concrete etc. comp. As

directed by EIC. Note:The rate includes supplying

and setting both.

Drilling of Bore holes 32mm to 40mm dia by means

of compressor machine having depth of hole up to

1.00 to 1.20 mt. as decided by Engineer in charge &

as per drawing in all sorts of Soil, sand, clay, hard

rock etc. truly vertical to existing land with cleaning

the same by air & Grouting of Bores holes by means

of Cement, sand, Grit, etc. with utilization of

aluminum powder or ACC shrink compound ‘N’

grout or equivalent any other bonding material as

approved by competent authority in suitable

content with mixing ramming curing etc. complete

including with 20mm dia. of M.S. Anchor bar having

minimum length of 1.70 mt (Reinforcement) ( The

rate includes the cost of MS Anchor bar) as directed

by Engineer in charge.

Providing & placing 50mm thick & 300mm wide

Prestressed Concrete Cover (for clear span of up to

1.2 meter in proportion (1:1:5:3) or M-20 necessary

reinforcement or 4mm dia HT steel wire-4 Nos. bars

and 4mm dia. distribution bars at 150 mm C/C as per

drawing & design including providing necessary

M.S. bar hooks for lifting arrangement & vibrating

with vibrators. Finishing all the surfaces, curing by

placing in water pond for ten days etc. complete as

directed by E.I.C. ( The rate includes cost of all

material required, labour charges, transportation,

loading, unloading etc.)

[D] WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE & MISC.

Providing & laying rigid 10 kg/cm2 PVC drainage

pipe 75mm dia. including necessary fittings like

17 bend, tee,Y bend plug etc. fixed with wall by means 30.00 RMT 160.17

of clamps & nails with water tight joints by approved

solution etc. complete as directed by EIC.
