Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting in soft and hard rock and chiselling work including saturated soil slushy soil and under floor upto all depth and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre (Fifteen centimetre)layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement is to six sand is to twelve graded stone aggregate 40 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building brick in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) with 1st Class bricks with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement is to two sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation,footings bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (Mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 killo gramm per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

1st class (First class) brick work using common burnt clay bricks in supersturcture in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 metre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc.upto 200 milimetre in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement is to two sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete in work Suspended floors,roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 milimetre( Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 milimetre in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plasper in single coat on fair side of brick masonery for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises , internal rounded angle , chamfers and /or runded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement: 3 approved sand)

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames manufactures from commercial mild steel sheet of 12.5 milimetre thickness including hinges jump lock jamb lock jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 milimetre or base ties of 1.25 milimetre pressed mild steel welded or regidly frixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but hinges 2.5 milimetre thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts. Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S Sheet door with frame of 40mm x40mmx6mm angle iron 3.15 M.S gusset plate at the junctions and corners including all necessary fittings,complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint using flat 30mm x 6mm for diogonal braces and control cross piece with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement is to six sand is to twelve graded stone aggregate 40 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer:-in:-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face CI rain water pipe 100mm dia including filling the joints with spun yarn in neat cement slurry and mortar 1:2(1cement:2sand)with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on coats to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size. Including finishing the surface of concrete smooth complet.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Enginer in charge

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Tower bolts (Barrel type) 100x10 milimetre.anodised transparent or died to required shad with necessary screw complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel fan clamp type 1 of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in reinforcement cement concrete slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings,framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets and similar type of work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. mild steel flats square or rounded bars with required bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Plain grill).

Steel work in single sections including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S.Joists,channels angles,tees within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Pre painted corrugated steel shheet roofing with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved qualiy with necessary nails etc with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) high density polythene storage tank IS :12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet outlet and overflow pipe but without fitting and the base support for tank 500 litres capacity within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
