Similar Scheme Experience: The bidder must have successfully executed at least 1 or 2 Group Insurance contracts (Group Health) covering a minimum of 100 lives in any Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, Autonomous Body, or reputed Corporation in the last 5 financial years

Statutory Compliance: Must possess a valid PAN Card and GSTIN Registration Certificate registered in India / Karnataka

Annual Premium Turnover: The bidder must have an average annual premium turnover of at least Rs.45 lakhs (or 100% of estimated tender value) over the last 3 financial years (certified by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN)

IRDAI Registration: The bidder must be a Non-Life Insurance Company / Life Insurance Company / Standalone Health Insurance Company registered with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and must hold a valid license to carry out insurance business in India

Firm Status: Bidders can be Public Sector Insurance Undertakings (PSUs) or Private Sector Insurance Companies licensed by IRDAI

IRDAI Solvency Ratio: The insurer must maintain the mandatory minimum Solvency Ratio of 1.50 as prescribed by IRDAI as of the latest audited financial year.

Non-Blacklisting Declaration: The bidder must submit an affidavit/self-declaration stating that they have not been blacklisted or debarred by the Government of Karnataka, Government of India, IRDAI, or any state PSU as of the bid submission date.

Must have a minimum network of 20+ empaneled cashless hospitals across the district/state, including key tertiary care/super-specialty hospitals in Belagavi and major Karnataka cities.
