Providing and laying Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on fair side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with 100% (One hundred percent) Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre (Fifty grame per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additive. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm (one point six seven litre per ten square metre) Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 litre/10 sqm (Two point two zero litre per ten square metre) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm ( fifty millimetre) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. 60 mm (sixty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 (thirty five) grade with approved colour, design pattern including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar work complete as per design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and retaining wall complete as per drawing & technical specification clause 1204.3.8 Granular material and including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
