Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm X 200mm X 6-7mm thick as in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in matching pigment over and including 10mm thick CM (1:4) backing coat Tiles shall be of grade B-III as per IS-13712 (1993) of First quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match pigment over and including 10mm thick CM (1:4) backing coat Tiles shall be of grade B-III as per IS-13712 (1993) of First quality all as specified & directed

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of green colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Corrugation colour and shape of sheet shall be approved by GE)

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws including neoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation in post holes (or similar holes) n.exc 0.5Sqm on plan and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. (soft/ loose soil)

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling & mass concrete as in post complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm & over in section framed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work in CM1:6, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5mm thick rendering on cement concrete as in ceiling with cement mortaar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 mixed with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm & laying APP based polymer modified membrane with polyster non woven reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm 3mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side over laps of 75mm & 100mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying two coats of aluminium paint as per the makes approved by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in, levelling coarse complete all as speificed and directed
