Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches not exceeding 1.50 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan or drains exceeding 1.50 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan in/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50 m in/c getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m (a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth ,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying & filling in plinth under floors, foundations etc with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts in/c spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. 4.1.14)1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand: 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing & laying cement concrete1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand: 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement in/c cement slurry , rounding of edges and strips etc complete.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth in/c cost of materials as required complete. Cement mortar 1:4 i)375mm thick
