SITC 7.5 HP Open well Submersible monoblock Pump set suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50Hz A C supply, DOL starting system having approximate discharge capacity of 19.2 to 9.5 ltr/sec against the average Head of 22 to 34 mtr having inlet of 80mm and outlet of 65mm dia i/c dismantling existing pump setup and doing minor civil work complete as reqd. ( Kirloskar JOS 835 or SS)

Supplying & laying of PVC insulated copper conductor submersible water proof flat cable of size 3 core 6.0 sq. mm with 2 x 6.0 sqmm size pvc insulated copper conductor earth wire including providing & fixing 32 mm dia ISI mark PVC pipe with all accessories for laying the same with suitable clamp/saddle etc complete as reqd ( Make: M/s Finolex /Polycab with ISI Mark.)

Supplying & fixing of following G I Pipe & accessories like tee, bend, flange , unions ,coupling etc for header arrangement complete with plumbing work suitable for removing pumps for mtce purpose easily & minor civil work i/c making holes in slab if required, cutting, threading, jointing, applying leak tight adhesive, leak testing & painting with anti corrosive paint etc and required as directed.i) 80 mm dia GI medium (B) class pipe with all accessories

( ii) 65 mm dia ISI mark brass/gunmetal vertical screwed non return valve( M/s. Sant/Leader make)

(iii) 65 mm dia ISI mark screwed brass/gunmetal gate valve( M/s. Sant/Leader make)

iv) 65 mm dia GI medium (B) class pipe with all accessories

Providing & fixing various sizes of angle iron & MS members for use in base frame, support structure etc complete with cutting, welding, drilling, grouting, painting i/c minor civil work etc as directed.

S/F DOL Starter, 3 Phase, 415 V AC, 7.5 HP (5.5 KW), Coil Voltage 180-415 V AC 50Hz having rated current 9 to 14A (L&T MU G10)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required..
