Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with 2nd class Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms including cost of all materials and labour charges for curing and scaffolding charges etc., complete

Plastering with CM (1:4), 12 mm thick including Cost & Conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing and curing etc., Complete as per S.S.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, inlcuding cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for External walls.

VRCC M-20 Design l mix (Cement: fineaggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shutteing for Drain Wall.

Manufacture, supply, delivery and fixing of Stainlesss Steel for hand railing including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour charges for Fabrication of stainless steel railing works using stainless steel welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing, to present seamless finish etc., complete as per directions of the departmental authorities.

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials..
