Replacement of existing worn out acrylic sheet of size 6' x 4' from bay identification boards with a new 6mm thick acrylic sheet, which is a combination of two clear sheets and one yellow colour sheet i/c black coloured vinyl pasting lettering on the yellow sheet etc. as required and as per instruction of engineer-in-charge, i/c less credit of the dismantled acrylic sheet.

Replacement of existing damaged or worn out light fitting from bay identification boards and supply and installation of LED tube of 18/20W (as per list of Approved makes) with necessary wiring etc as required.

Cleaning the outer & inner surface of signage with necessary cleaning agents & consumables etc. as required.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Bay Identification Board of size upto 6.5' x 4.5' and 8" depth made up of 35mm x 35mm x 6mm M.S. angle frame work, covered with ACP sheet of minimum 2mm thickness on 5 sides and acrylic sheet (6mm thick) combination of two clear sheets and one yellow coloured sheet including black coloured lettering made with black vinyl pasting, with front side hinged door with locking arrangement, duly painted with one coat red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including necessary cable entry to be made at the bottom / back etc. as reqd. alongwith supply & fixing of 6 nos. 4ft, 18/20W LED tube light and accessories etc. as reqd.

Supply of 2x10sqmm XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS-7098 part-1 with up to date amendments.

Supply and laying of 40/33 mm dia HDPE pipe (ISI marked), i/c coupler & bend etc as required, by cutting soft soil upto 30cm i/c refilling and making good the damages etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 40/33 mm dia HDPE pipe (ISI marked), on surface i/c fixing with clamps of suitable size on regular intervals etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 40/33 mm dia HDPE pipe (ISI marked), by cutting of road /pavement/concrete etc. up to 30cm. i/c making the damages good etc. as required.

Laying of 2x10sqmm XLPE/PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured Al. conductor cable of 1.1KV grade in the existing pipe etc. as required.

Laying of 2 x 10 sq. mm XLPE / PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured AL conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade on surface etc as reqd.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland with proper socketing etc as reqd. for 2 x 10 sq. mm XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured AL conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c. of proper socketing etc as reqd.

Supply & fixing of Thermoplastic enclosure (lid made of transparent Polycarbonate and base made of Polystyrene) for external lighting pole junction box having single stainless steel screw operation for opening the full transparent hinged lid with sealing facility through SS screw. The enclosure should have IP 65 degree of protection accordance to EN 60529, dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof, insulated and shock proof, fire retardant , self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic material, with internally embedded Gasket (made of polyurethane), size not less than 200mmx250mmx100mm fitted with clamp and GI Strip at the back of the enclosure and along with the components [i.e. (i) one no. 6A SP MCB on a din channel for mounting, (ii) one no. 100 A, 4 way terminal, (iii) one no. 6Sq mm disconnecting Terminal & (iv) one no. 4 Sq mm Earth Terminal) fixed inside the enclosure] etc. as required.

Repairing of damaged bay identification sign boards by providing & fixing 40mmx40mmx3mm Aluminium Angles i/c cutting, drilling & fixing with suitable SS screws etc as required.

Supply & Fixing of 100mm dia B class MS pipe of height 4.5 mtr. (for supporting of Bay Identification Board) welded with 300mm x 300mm X6mm size MS plate at one end along with supporting plates, welding round plate for sealing the top of pole, suitable clamps, painting of the pipe with two or more coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint of yellow golden colour after providing two coats of red oxide primer i/c making suitable grouting on CC foundation etc. complete as required.

Providing & making CC foundation of size 0.6m (L) x 0.6m(W) x 0.6m(D) using cement concrete of ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 grade stone of 20 mm nominal size), i/c excavation of soil, bottom dressing of earth soil with brick soling & providing four nos. anchore bolt of size 16mm dia 0.6m long, suitable for holding the MS pole of 100mm dia & 4.5m height, making CC collar of size 0.6m(L) x 0.6m(W) x 0.6m(H) above the CC foundation using cement concrete of ratio 1:3:6 complete as required i/c finishing with 12 mm thick cement plaster of ratio 1:3 on exposed surface.
