V.T. Pump Set :- Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of water lubricated Vertical Turbine Pump [ Make: Mather & Platt / Jyoti ] capable of discharging 2000 m3/hr raw water against a total head of 166 meter at speed not more than 1500rpm as per IS: 1710/1989 with column length not less than 31m, with closed type SS Impeller, SS line shaft, SS shaft sleeves, flanged type MS column pipes suitable for below the floor installation and existing delivery header coupled with vertical solid shaft 11KV±10%, 3 phase, AC, 50±5%Hz, 4 Pole, Duty-S1, Insulation-F, 1500rpm, Enclosure-CACW, HT Squirrel Cage motors as per IS: 325/1996 [ Make: ABB/Jyoti] with space heater & suitable for DOL starting and having 10% more BHP than the pump all complete, Pressure guage-1No., transporting new pump, motor and accessories to the Intake well pump house, lowering the pump, mounting and coupling the motor, making alignment, making electrical connections, jointing the pump delivery with the header with all required tools, tackles, consumables as required, testing and commissioning on full load as per the direction of E/I.

Cost towards disconnecting, dismantling and lifting of old 2000 KW motor with all accessories including all labour tools and tackles etc all complete.

Cost towards lifting of old 2000 KW pump with all 450 mm dia column pipes, Tee , short pieces, shafts, muff couplings etc with all accessories including all labour tools and tackles etc all complete.

Cost towards breaking of old PCC foundation and removing of all garbage from pump house to out side with lead of 500m with all labour tools and tackles etc all complete.

Cost towards making of new RCC foundation for setting and fixing of sole plate as per size and sample with all materials, all labour tools and tackles etc all complete as per site requirement.

Cost towards making ot thrust block support for VT Pump set with supplying and fitting of MS Rod, foundation bolts etc including welding works such as cutting and jointing etc as site requirement, with cement, sand , stone chips, as required and plastering and punnning over exposed surface etc all complete with materials, all labour tools and tackles etc all complete.

Cost towards making and fitting of short piece of 450mm dia x 2ft long with 450mm dia flange at both end, nut bolt insertion rubber etc with all labour tools and tackles all complete.

Cost towards taking out of all old column pipes, shafts, Bowl assemblies, motors, nuts, bolts etc from Intake well floor to Store room / PMCC boundary area. with the help of chain pulley block manually lowering down from Intake well floor to gangway floor, loading on the tractor for transporting from gangway to Store room / PMCC boundary area. Including Hydra machine, transporting charges with all labour tools and tackles etc all complete.
