   Firm should have manufactured minimum 300 Wagons for self or for any other firm in the last 5 years. Either Inspection Certificate from Wagon Manufacturer / their authorized representative or certificate from the buyer for successful manufacturing of wagons or order & payment details should be submitted. Turnover of the firm should be 50 Crores in last 3 Years (Firm should submit ITR statement of last 3 Financial Years or Turnover certificate certified by CA). In case details are not available for the FY 2025-26, the previous 3 years can be taken.

Commercial-Compliance

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their GST Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email id). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Special Conditions

1. 1

   Performance Bank Guarantee: : PBG shall be taken from tenderers not eligible for exemptions at 5% of contract value for tender valuing between 25 Lakh to 50 Crores subjects to maximum limit of 50 Lakh. For tenders above Rs.50 Crore, e-PBG shall be Rs. 1 Crore.

   Inspection: : By RDSO, RITES/TPI. Final inspection at site by the authorized representative of Mechanical Department in case it is felt by Mechanical Department. RDSO controlled items where inspection is mandatorily by RDSO shall be inspected by RDSO only. For other items TPI. Firm shall ensure that all the items where approved sources criteria by Railways including consumables (Eg. RDSO, ICF, MCF, etc.) is defined, these items shall be supplied only for those approved sources as per approved specification & necessary inspection certificate shall be ensured.
