Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of HT 11/12 KV, 630A, 25 kA, VCB panel. Panel shall be outdoor type totally enclosed, free standing, floor mounting type, compartment based, with truck-mounted, vacuum circuit breaker, spring operated, electrically and manually charged operating mechanism, suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw-out type VCBs with Copper busbars, Self-supported Insulated Busbar, with full-voltage rated insulation shall be used. The switchgear panel shall be of 14 SWG CRCA sheet for enclosure and shall totally dust and vermin proof. Panel shall be manufactured in conformation with IS/IEC 62271-200 and the VCB shall fully conform to IS/IEC 62271-100 Standard and to IP 55 Degree of protection, comprising necessary busbar extension and connections and following protective and control devices as specified below.
Circuit Breaker shall be suitable for E2, M2,C2 and LSC2B duty. . Vacuum Interrupters of the circuit breakers shall be completely encapsulated in epoxy housing. Active and passive protection system against internal faults in each partitioned panel shall be provided for the safety of operators. Required fault capacity for internal arc is 25KA. In case of internal fault, the detection system shall open all circuit breakers.
A passive safety section shall ensure that hot gases shall be guided via pressure relief disks from each compartment connected. The pressure relief duct ends shall be guided to open air or fitted with absorbers to cool the hot gases. Relief into a cable basement or cavity below a false floor is not acceptable. Make: Siemens/L&T/ABB/ Schneider Electric. Current Transformer:-The current transformer shall be single-phase, resin-cast and suitable for system voltage of 11kV and of ratio 100-50/1-1A. Core 1: Class 0.2S, 5VA for metering, Core 2: Class 5P10, 5VA - 3 Nos. Make: Kappa / Kalpa / Straton / Precise / Pragati / ECS/NPT / APSPDCL approved makes. Potential Transformer :- The potential transformer shall be Fixed Type, Three nos. of single-phase, Resin-cast, suitable for system voltage 11kV and of ratio: 11000V/√3 / 110V/√3 /110V/√3; Sec. 1: Class - 0.2, 50VA; Sec. 2: Cl. 3P, 50VA, with appropriate capacity PT fuses. Make: Kappa / Kalpa / Straton / Precise / Pragati / ECS/NPT / APSPDCL approved makes.
METERING:- 1. Digital Ammeter with Selector Switch Class. 0.2. Make: Elmeasure / Schneider/ Secure. 2. Digital Voltmeter with Selector Switch Class. 0.2. Make: Elmeasure/ Schneider/ Secure. 3. Protection:- Numerical relay: Relay shall be Microprocessor based Numerical Relay, Communicable type, in line with IEC 61850 Protocol, having Phase overcurrent (50/51), Directional phase overcurrent (67), SOTF (Switch on to fault) (50 HS), Current unbalance (46), Thermal overload (49), Earth fault (50N/51N), Directional earth fault (67N), Undervoltage (27), Overvoltage (59), Zero sequence voltage protection (59N), Frequency (81), directional power (32), auto reclose (79), Circuit breaker failure (50BF), Cold load pick-up and magnetising inrush, Programmable stages (99), Synchro check (25), CB wear. The relay shall have 4 CT and 4 VT inputs with dual FO ports. The relay shall be provided with at least 16 digital inputs and 8 digital out puts and 1 self-supervision output. Panel:- The switch gear cubicle shall be fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel and shall be folded and braced to provide rigid support for all compartments. The VCB compartment shall be provided with explosion vents or similar safety arrangements at the top of the panels to let out gases under pressure generated during event of any rare, severe faults inside the panel. Breaker panel must be type tested as per relevant Standards. The entire panel shall be powder-coated with shade RAL 7032, suitable for outdoor installation. The entire VCB Panel shall be mounted on suitable MS Channel, with neat fabrication, duly painting the channel with black color,over red oxide paint. Suitable provision of gland plates to the panel for incoming & outgoing cables through bottom entry, shall be provided.
Supply and Making heat shrinkable type indoor terminations / joint kit of approved make suitable for XLPE insulated 11 KV cable, with required components, prepration of cable ends, testing etc. as required up to 3 core 120 / 150 / 185 Sq.mm sizes. Makes: Raychem /M seal / Denson / Multy / Transeal- Hongshang
Providing earthing as per IS 3043/ 1987 with 100mm (ID), 13mm thick C.I. Pipe of 3.0 mtr. length after excavating an earth pit of size1.5 m X 0.9 M X 3.00M(Top 1.50 m X 1.20 m X 0.9m & bottom 1.20 M X 1.20 M X 1.65 M) and filling with a homogenous layer of 40 Kgs. of Coke / Char Coal, 20 Kgs. of Salt and the required quantity of sand around 100mm pipe from the bottom of the pipe to a height of 2.7mtr. and filling the remaining excavated portion with earth and consolidation / Settlement of the trench should be done by filling with sufficient quantity of water.
A concrete bed of size 0.8 M X 0.8 M X 0.1 M thick and an inspection chamber having inside measurements of 0.4 M X0.4 M X 0.4 M with wall thickness of 100 mm with cement concrete CC (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm HBG Metal is to be constructed with side wall 100 mm above ground level and plastering the exposed walls neatly with CM (1:3) with 12 mm thick. The Top of the Inspection Chamber is to be provided with reinforced precasted RCC Slab with 40mm thick with lifting hook. The top of C.I. Pipe is to be fixed & welded with suitable G.I. Wire mesh funnel 50mm x 6mm G.I. Strip having length of 300mm is to be fixed to the top of C.I. Pipe with G.I. Clamps fabricated with 50 x 3mm G.I. Flats with necessary bolts and nuts and necessary welding to be done to the clamps and C.I. Pipe. 2 Nos. of holes are to be drilled on either side of G.I. Flat for Extending earth connections.
65mm dia PVC Pipe is to be embedded at the pit entry for earth. After laying earth from earth conductor bus to Electrode trough PVC Pipe, the surface should be covered with bitumen and grease. The cost of GI/Copper flat to be run from CI Pipe electrode to the equipment is to be made separately on running meter basis. The work shall be executed strictly as per IS 3043 - 1987. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete (Note:- Necessary meggaring testing is to be carried out in the presence of concerned Engineers and measurement of resistance shall be as per ISI standards)
Supply and run of 50mm X 6mm G.I Strip for earth electrode to required places buried in ground at not less than 0.5 mtrs below the ground level after excavation of trench and filling with 6" sand all around the earth strip and refillig etc., and giving neessaryconnections with 3/8" x 2" G.I Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.
NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
