DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL VCB SERVICING CALIBERATION OF RELAY AND CONNECTED WORKS AT INA EZHIMALA

Material and Labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil using filtration plant and testing the die-electric strength of transformer oil and achieving the result of 60 kV and submitting the test report complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Provision of necessary stand by DG set required for the power supply for the machine where supply cannot be provided shall be the responsibility of the contractor and the rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of stand by DG set.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil confirming to IS 335 in transformers and oil circuit breaker complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Test certificate of the transformer oil from the manufacturer shall be produced.

Supply and fix in repair old unserviceable silica gel breather set up to 250 kVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No.3 above but of capacity 315KVA to 750 KVA

All as per item No.3 above but of capacity 1000KVA to 1600 KVA

Supply and fill silica gel of transformer breather including taking out old silica gel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair burnt out defective HT copper coil of transformer of any capacity with new by rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper wire of high quality matching with the existing impedance and insulated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair of burnt out defective LT copper coil of transformer of any capacity with new by rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper wire of high quality matching with the existing impedance and insulated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for draining out of oil up to the bottom level of transformer and opening of HV and LV bushings of transformer capacity 11KV/433volt capacity upto 250KVA step down transformer of any make for replacing the all mounting gaskets of the transformer body and conservator to arrest the oil leakage and replacement of gasket HT/LT terminal bushing gasket/ bushing and rectifying oil leakage and making all connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: HT/LT Bushes and oil shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair old unserviceable 11 KV/433V LT terminal porcelain bushing suitable up to 250 KVA transformer including suitable brass stud as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair 11KV /433V Transformer Diaphragm of capacity 1000KVA to 1600 KVA as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair 11KV /433V Transformer Expulsion fuse unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair oil temp gauge for 11 KV 433V transformer up to 1600KVA as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking out unserviceable earthing completely and providing Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below normal GL connected with copper earth lead strip of size 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nut and washers of GI and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade including one test point for testing purpose with funnel and connected to switch/control board upto 7.5m away from earth electrode including earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B-1cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars reinforcement both ways at 140mm C/C, charcoal, salt, water pipe, wire mesh, lugs etc and testing complete all as applicable and as per Plate No.3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Supply and fixing in repair copper strip 20x3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for earthing strip of transformer and LT panel complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for handling, loading, unloading and transportation of unserviceable burnt out transformer of any capacity from the site to the nearest workshop and loading back from workshop, transportation to the site with transformer after repairs, unloading and installation at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray paint after preparation of the entire body of transformer by removing rust deposited completely, transformer capacity up to 250 KVA and marking SM/MES No installed in substations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and jointing Cable end termination joint, heat shrinkable type, suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm, HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE, insulated cable, Indoor type with all connected accessories and jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 27 above but of size 300 sqmm.

Supply and jointing straight through cable jointing kit HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade , straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE Armored aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 29 above but of size 300 sqmm

Material and labour for Servicing /cleaning/ testing of HT 11KV VCB of Capacity upto 630Amp of any make and type, by taking proper shutdown & isolating the HT electric supply & taking out the trolley including servicing of all minor/ major parts of the VCB by cleaning isolating contact moving parts, removing dust particles, rust from the bus bar spout gear mechanism, repair to motor spring charge mechanism, including cleaning /greasing/ aligning of wheels and rails of trolley/ bus bar, tightening of all nuts bolts of entire trolley component and replacing minor spares such as tripping coil /closing coil/ worn out rack in rack out gears etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for general servicing to HT 11KV fuse failure relay/Aux relay complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- in -charge.

Material and labour for servicing/ testing/ calibration of HT 11KV relays ensuring of breaker tripping through relay by simulation CDG CDD complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note: a) Test certificates shall be produced after testing/ calibration b) Cost of the T&P required for primary injection & secondary injection test etc are deemed to be included in the quoted amount.

Supply and fix in repair indicator lamp LED type for CB on Red/Green/Amber/White/Blue 110V DC required as on site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair spout for 11KV VCB and Bus bar side as on site carrying part complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair HT bus supporting insulator for HT 11KV VCB 630/400 Amps as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair HT 11KV VCB supporting insulator as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of surface of VCB panel by scrapping out old painted surface and applying one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of epoxy paint inside the HT panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair electronic hooter 110V DC in the HT 11KV panel by making necessary modification, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of digital Ammeter 0 to 400 Amps of existing size, flush type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair digital Frequency Meter of existing size, flush type as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair digital Power factor Meter of existing size, flush type as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair digital Volt Meter 0 to 12000 Volts range of existing size, flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair panel heater(space heater) 80W, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair of HT 11 KV 630A rated vacuum bottle/ insulator for SF6 gas fitted RMU of Seimens/ABB make by draining out entire gas for replacement and refilling of the SF6 gas to suitable pressure after replacement of insulator as per OEM instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply and fix in repair Potential Transformer (PT) 11 KV suitable to VCB 11 KV 600/400 Amps mounting on top draw, out type metering and protection ratio 11KV/ 110 Volts : : 110/3 VA class LV1:200/1.0, LV2:100/3P as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply and fix in repair Current Transformer (CT) epoxy type up to ratio:- 400/200/100/5-5A suitable for 11 KV VCB 630/400 Amps capacity requirement. Burden CT shall be core 1:15 VA/1.0, core 2 : 15 VA5P10 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Rubber beading for HT Panel complete by using proper binding materials all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing Louver of size of 15 cm X 10 cm or equivalent size as per site requirement in HT panel by making necessary modifications in the existing panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of the HT 11 KV bus bar surfaces by removing the oxide formation around the bus bar and insulating the entire surface of bus bar using HT 11KV heat shrinkable sleeve complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair aluminum strip suitable for 11KV HT Bus bar,VCB as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for control wiring for HT 11KV panel for complete relays and other connected items matching with existing gauge and colour code as per site requirements including taking out unserviceable wiring all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for servicing of On load Tap change mechanism including minor repairs complete by draining out oil completely and cleaning/aligning of all moving parts and joints of Tap change mechanism of transformer of capacity above 750 KVA, 11KV/433V by taking HT shutdown & opening the top plate of transformer, checking all bushes (HT and LT sides) and replacing worn-out parts of Tap change mechanism and testing calibration and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair VCB 32 Pin plug set (male and female) required as on ground for HT 11KV panel VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair HT 11KV VCB Finger contact to connect between VCB and spout complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for servicing using authorized service person for HT VCB/LBS in 11KV SF6 insulated outdoor type RMU of any make, off different modules by cleaning, applying grease and changing minor worn out spares such as nuts, bolts, gears etc and making smooth operation and replacing the relay batteries complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs.68204.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 68204.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
