Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead (by mechanical means), including proper disposal with proper completion of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density complete work.(WBM Grading-2) as per Technical Specifications MORD Clause 405 including all lead, lift cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with proper completion of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size stone ballast) as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 405. including all lead, lift cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with proper completion of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 502. including all lead, lift cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with proper completion of work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 503. including all lead, lift cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with proper completion of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix Surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix Plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonnes/ hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification MORTH Clause 510.with paver including all lead, lift cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with proper completion of work.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat by Hot Mix Plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.75 mm size and penetation bitumen suitable grade. as per Technical Specification MORTH Clause 511. including all lead, lift cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with proper completion of work.

Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows, etc. on Roads in Two Coats on new work. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control.
