SCHEDULE-A: THE SITE

The proposed desalination plant is to be located in Dholera Special Investment

Region (DSIR) in District-Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The site is located in DSIR, District Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India). The Intake

onshore Pump house is located on the shore of Gulf of Khambhat.

The total area of Desalination plant is approximately 80,000 Sq. Meters and it is

proposed to locate the Desalination Plant in the Government land at a distance of

approximately 02 km from the onshore pump house.

Annexure – 5 CRZ Clearance

1. The coordinates of the proposed desalination plant and the Intake pumphouse are

as given in the above annexures.

2. The successful bidder shall be responsible for development of desalination plant

in accordance with the terms & conditions of CRZ clearance.

3. Intake & Outfall locations indicated are as proposed. Minor variations based on

site conditions may be permitted. Associated amendment to CRZ clearance shall

be obtained by the successful bidder.

4. PRE-EXECUTION ACTION — LAND TITLE AND SURVEY

DOCUMENTATION [DICDL to complete before Schedule-A is finalised]: The

following documents must be attached as Annexures 6, 7 and 8 to this Schedule-

A before execution of the Concession Agreement: (a) Certified copies of revenue

records (Form 7/12 extract or equivalent Gujarat land record) from the

competent Revenue Authority confirming Government ownership and

unencumbered title of: (i) the Desalination Plant land parcel of approximately

80,000 Sq. Metres at Village Bhangadh, Taluka Dholera, District Ahmedabad;

and (ii) the Intake Pump House land parcel of approximately 8,000 Sq. Metres

at the same location; (b) A certified demarcation/survey report by a licensed

Government surveyor confirming the precise boundaries, survey numbers and

total areas of both land parcels, consistent with the coordinates set out in this

Schedule-A; (c) A certificate or letter from the District Collector, Ahmedabad or

the competent Revenue Authority confirming that both land parcels are free from

encumbrances, private tenancy claims, acquisition proceedings or disputes; and

(d) Confirmation from DICDL as to whether the approximately 25 km product

water pipeline route (from Desalination Plant to MBR at Activation Area) and

the approximately 10 km approach road pass entirely through

Government/DICDL-owned land, or whether any private land acquisition is

required. Where private land acquisition is required for any part of the pipeline

route or approach road, such acquisition shall be listed as an Authority Condition

Precedent under Clause 3.2.2(i) of the Concession Agreement and the timeline

for its satisfaction shall be reflected in Schedule-E (Project Completion

Schedule). Failure to attach Annexures 6, 7 and 8 before execution shall be

flagged as an outstanding pre-condition to the execution of the Concession

Reports provided vide Annexures 2, 3 & 4 are based on field studies conducted and

provided for information only. The bidder shall conduct his own studies and

make his assessment while submitting the bid. The Authority shall not be

responsible for the same.
