Surfaces excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out In soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before but exc 1.5 m and upto 3.0m in depth.

All as per item No 2 here in before but exc 3.00 m and n exc 4.50 m in depth.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes,septic tank,filter bed,of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, incl mixing only intergal water proofing compound only as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or drain channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, cills, steps, bed plates, kerb, benching of manhole and similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls and set in cement mortar 1:4 incl necessary form work and demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC M-25 for foundations, floors, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and bases as in manholes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC M-25 for walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses as in manholes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to faces of walls,retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work as in manholes on curved surfaces including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc. vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work as in manhole on curved surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia salt glazed stoneware drain pipe (SGSW), RCC NP 2 pipe/ RCC NP 3 pipe including PCC packing under hauncing under sides of bed and complete PCC bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm dia class 'A' salt glazed stone ware drain pipe (ISI marked) of approved make laid in trenches jointed in CM 1:1 all as specified.

M&L 150 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars of bore of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for 150 mm dia pipe of any type for connecting bore new drain, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting-out existing benching, for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finish and reforming benching as required complete all as specified

S&F FRP manhole covers, frame and gratings having any shape, area exceeding 0.20 Sqm but not exceeding 0.50 Sqm for manhole covers and installed as per manufacturer instruction. The top layer of covers, frames, and gratings consists of quartz and conundrum crystals, bonded with special grade of UV stabilised resin to get good abrasin resistance. The fibre glass shall be reinforced with glass fibre in the film of UD stitched, multidirectional wooden roving to get good tensile and flexural strength and embedded in the matrix of UV stabilised and high tensile stregth modified especially to suit this application. The frame shall be embedded in mimimum M-25 grade concrete and top level of frame should match with fixed surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any thickness & in any position laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar otherwise specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with 8 to 10 ton roller compacted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded ggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and solidation, laid dry over PCC laying interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape without correctin factor for chamfering , made in rubber moulds with 0.5mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over, confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed. (a) Size 60mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N/Sqmm (M-35 Grade)

Material & Labour for road side kerb with factory made Precast cement concrete block of mix 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, n exc 100 mm in width & set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition / cutting of bitumen road surface/ cement concrete surface upto existing depth of sub base strata and refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-1) and removing debries outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for laying & jointing pipes galvanized 80 mm bore "medium grade" with all fittings complete to walls or laid in floors /trenches including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying & jointing pipes galvanized 50 mm bore "medium grade" with all fittings complete to walls or laid in floors /trenches including testing complete all as specified and directed.
